- It’s 300 grams of raw sticky rice,or jasmine rice.
- It’s 5 of kaffir lime leaves.
- It’s 1 of lemongrass stalk ,sliced.
- You need 1 small of sliced of galangal.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.

- On low heat roast rice with all ingredients on wok or pan until 1/3 turn brown.
